ANAF · VIES · balance sheet. Enter the CUI (tax ID), get the full profile: tax data, CAEN code, financial ratios, intra-EU VAT — in seconds, from official sources.

Chat with your documents

Answers with sources, in Romanian. Ask naturally about invoices, contracts, emails, or reports. Foca searches your documents and answers with references to the sources used, which you can check.

Work with your email

Read and draft. Through the IMAP email connector, Foca reads the messages relevant to your business and helps you draft replies. Compatibility with your email provider is confirmed at setup.

Automated daily briefing

Your company + external context. Every morning: what changed in your company, what you need to do today, and what’s new in fiscal, legal, and economic news. Delivered by email or visible in the platform.

Platform modules

AI Conversations

Ask questions in Romanian about company documents and data. Foca finds relevant information, responds with references to the sources used, and maintains conversation context. You can generate reports directly from chat — PDF, DOCX, XLSX, or presentations.

Data Connectors

Connect existing data sources without changing current systems. Available connectors: e-Factura, IMAP email, bank statements, shared files, public ANAF data (balance sheets, CAEN codes), BNR exchange rates. Each connector is configured once.

Reports & Briefing

Generate automated or on-demand reports in multiple formats. The daily briefing provides a summary of key indicators — configurable per user. Automated alerts notify you when indicators exceed set thresholds.

Email over IMAP

Read the emails in the connected IMAP mailbox directly from the platform. The AI assistant can draft responses, analyze message content, and extract relevant information from correspondence. Available features depend on the email provider and the installation’s configuration, and are confirmed in the pilot.

Administration & Control

Multiple users with granular permissions — control who sees what data and what actions they can perform. Complete audit trail for every operation. Reminder system with notifications.
