Principles
We start from your case, not from promises
The first step is an AI pilot on your data, an assessment of your installation or home project, or an experiment with small, verifiable goals. You see results on your case, not on slides.
You keep control of your data and your installation
In our AI products, documents stay on infrastructure you choose; only relevant fragments can reach a cloud model, where one is configured. In smart spaces we keep existing wiring and hardware where possible and check compatibility before we commit.
Every project wears its honest status
Live, pilot, demo, or concept — the status is displayed, not hidden. If something is just an experiment, we say so.
03 · How we work together
How we work together
Initial conversation
You describe the process, decision or space you want to change: a company with scattered data, a home still in design, or an existing KNX or Loxone installation. Together we decide where it makes sense to start — we don't try to sell everything at once.
A pilot or assessment on your case
For AI, we decide which sources go into the pilot and who sees what, with no changes to your existing systems. For smart spaces, we assess the installation or plan before proposing a solution.
A decision based on results
You see the results or the proposal on your own case and decide, as a company or a homeowner, whether to go further.
04 · Where we work
From Romania, for businesses and homes
Focalabs works from Romania, with companies and with private clients. Our AI products have their interface, conversations and reports in Romanian; smart spaces we design and upgrade project by project. Foca, our first AI product, has configurable connectors for e-Factura, ANAF and BNR. We agree the area and way of working for each project in the first conversation.
