The AI conversations module

Ask questions in Romanian about company documents and data. Foca finds relevant information, responds with source references, and maintains conversation context. You can generate reports directly from chat — PDF, DOCX, XLSX, or presentations.

Data Connectors

The connectors module

Connect existing data sources without changing current systems. Available connectors: e-Factura, IMAP email, bank statements, shared files, public ANAF data (balance sheets, CAEN codes), BNR exchange rates. Each connector is configured once.

The reports module

Generate automated or on-demand reports in multiple formats. The daily briefing provides a summary of key indicators — configurable per user. Automated alerts notify you when indicators exceed set thresholds.

Read and send emails directly from the platform. The AI assistant can compose responses, analyze email content, and extract relevant information from correspondence.
